But the ramifications of our constant, stress-filled schedules are all-too real, leading to mental fogginess, physical exhaustion, a weakened immune system, and an overall feeling of overwhelm – not to mention other serious issues like anxiety, depression, and addiction.

Mindfulness is a tool that can help us rediscover balance in our lives. Time-honored and scientifically proven, mindfulness practices have been shown to significantly reduce stress, increase happiness levels, enhance mental clarity & focus, and improve physical health in a myriad of ways.

Join us for an inspiring and informative one-day event featuring captivating speakers, enlightening breakout sessions, a mindful marketplace, and lots of opportunity for authentic connection with others!

The mission of Elevate is to educate, encourage and empower people to harness their innate capacity for happiness and health by educating them about mindfulness, dispelling some of its most common myths and offering tangible tools that attendees can use in their daily lives.
